- ✅ **Post Numbers Table** - Created migration for `post_numbers` table

- ✅ **Amount Precision** - Migration already exists to fix amount from decimal(10,4) to decimal(10,2)
- ✅ **Entities Typo Fix** - Fixed `dafault` → `default` in entities migration

### Models
- ✅ **PostNumber Model** - Created with proper fillable fields and relationships
- ✅ **Entity Model** - Added `postNumber()` relationship to PostNumber
- ✅ **Compenzation Model** - Already has proper relationships defined

### Seeders
- ✅ **PostNumberSeeder** - Created with basic Slovenian postal codes
- ✅ **DatabaseSeeder** - Updated to include PostNumberSeeder
